Email hello@eyeform.app. We reply within one business day, usually sooner. When reporting a bug, please include:
- Your device and iOS or Android version.
- The version of eyeform shown at Settings → About.
- What you were doing when the problem happened, and what you expected instead.
- A screenshot, if relevant.
Frequently asked questions
I forgot my password.
Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen. We will email you a reset link. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam or write to us.
Can I use eyeform on more than one device?
Yes. Sign in with the same account on any phone or tablet, and your records sync automatically.
Are my clients' photos shared with anyone?
No. Photos are stored in your private account storage, encrypted in transit and at rest, and only you can view them. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I export my data?
Email hello@eyeform.app with the subject "Data export request" and we will send a machine-readable archive of your records.
How do I delete my account?
Inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Or follow the steps at eyeform.app/delete-account.
Is there a web version?
Not yet. eyeform is designed for the moment a client is in the chair, so we focus on the phone and tablet apps first.
