You can delete your eyeform account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and every record you have stored. There is no recovery option, so please export anything you want to keep first.
Option 1: Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open the eyeform app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Tap the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the action twice when prompted.
Your account and records are removed from the app immediately and from our live systems within minutes.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you can no longer sign in or have uninstalled the app, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to hello@eyeform.app with the subject line "Account deletion request".
We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is finished.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (email, display name, business name, phone).
- All client records you created, including contact details and notes.
- All lash set records and the six styling specs attached to each.
- All uploaded photos and lash maps.
- All authentication sessions and metadata tied to your account.
Before you delete: export your data
If you want a copy of your records first, email hello@eyeform.app with the subject "Data export request" and we will send a machine-readable archive of your records before the deletion proceeds.
Cancelling a subscription is separate
If you have an active paid subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancelling your subscription does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by the store. Manage subscriptions in your device's store settings.
